The ASBOPCE was founded because of a need to recognize non-traditional types of education. It consists of a very dedicated group of active and retired educators, and also includes scientist and professional people such as doctors and lawyers. To further balance the ASBOPCE team, various types of business people are integrated into the organization to give a very practical feel to all they do.
The ASBOPCE feels that education is the key to world peace, and education can solve many of the world's problems. Their goal is to promote education all over the world. APGS endorses and is fully supportive of this position, and encourages other educational institutions to seek international accreditation for the benefit of all students.
